2025 Hitting Clinics

**WE'VE ADDED FIRST YEAR BANTAMS TO OUR HITTING CLINIC SERIES!**

This winter, Greenwich Skating Club will offer a series of clinics for second year Pee-Wees introducing body checking. These clinics are open to second year Pee-Wees only, in preparation for their move to Bantam hockey this spring and next fall. Join Coach Franze and the Bantam coaches on the ice as they create on-ice awareness for body contact safety as it relates to checking. Players will learn the fundamentals of body checking including proper hitting technique and how to properly take a hit, how to separate players from the puck, corner and front of net battles, and more.  While not required, these clinics are strongly encouraged for 2012 Pee-Wees.
